McCoy Surfboards

Geoff McCoy is the pioneer of McCoy surfboards and his designs have had a great influence on the production of boards in Australia.  Each custom board is handcrafted by McCoy himself.  His ideas and concepts developed when he visited Hawaii and he put those ideas to the test when he returned back to Australia.  One of McCoy’s greatest surfboard inventions included the twin-fin construction.  He also experimented with different style of boards including short and long, wide and narrow.  He also designed wide tail single fin boards, which was then known as the Lazor Zaps.  Another famous concept is The Nugget and is tailored to any skill level for surfing.  The boards are made for improvement.
